Pixel Voice Technology provides shipping services only within South Africa.

1. Shipping Coverage

We do not ship internationally. Orders can only be delivered within South Africa.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.

4. Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or courier issues.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • If your package is lost, reach out to our support team for assistance.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
Digital or VoIP Services (e.g., Cloud PBX, SIP Trunks)
Used or Damaged Items (unless defective upon arrival)
Items not in original packaging

3. Refund Process

  1. Submit a Refund Request via our shop
  2. Return the item (instructions will be provided).
  3. Refund Approval: Once approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Exchange Policy
